There are five outta seven of my friends I usually hang out with sick! It started with only one then 4 more got sick and i'm not one of them! Its been like that for a couple weeks. Sucks for them! But hope you get better. I love having a good immune system.

Used to be a nutritionist.

Drink plenty of water. Have someone buy green tea (preferably not the flavored yuppy stuff) and drink as many cups as you can.

Take Echinacea and try to have foods high in Ginger and garlic.

Rest and enjoy your time off!

Oh and dont touch anyone and try to be hygenic. The best way to kill a Virus is to not let it spread.

I've felt it coming, but last night it got bad. In the last 3 days, I have taken:

Aleve Cold and Sinus
Benadryl
Sudafed
Aleve
Vick's Chloraseptic Spray
Levaquin
TheraFlu tea
Flonase

yesterday I went on my lunch break and bought a 64oz. carton of Tropicana Calcium + Vit. D... it was gone within 4 hours.

I contribute my sickness to my recent extreme diet.
Breakfast: 3/4 Cup of Quick Oats oatmeal mixed with one scoop of Whey Protein in hot water (or milk)
Lunch: 3/4 Cup of Quick Oats oatmeal mixed with one scoop of Whey Protein in hot water, with peanuts or raisins for a snack.
Dinner: Salad (Romaine lettuce, spinach, and some red tip lettuce), croutons, fat free ranch
