it's the advanced version of the ole "pizza box full of nails" in the road outside the tire shop..

Have to agree with the vandalism bit... who do you think paid for that shit? Your freakin' tax dollars. What do you think is going to pay to replace that shit... your freakin' tax dollars. If someone around here did that, it'd be my tax dollars as well... and I wouldn't be too happy about that.
