Could be a virus. I ran into a computer that had one that wouldn't allow google.com.

 

is this 3 pc's with 3 modems connecting to 3 seperate ports?

oor is it one machine with 1 modem with all 3 on a network sharing the connection?

if it 3 seperate machines it's weird thats its a virus but still possible. (especially if shes using all 3 machines)

most likely she's gotten some spyware thats blocking hotmail. she might have hotmail blocked like java said (co-worker/roomate) playing a joke.
