I would handle this asap if you Illinois residents don't want this law to pass.
If I woulda known about my crazy govoner's plans to adopt California's emissions laws I would have said something but it's already been passed and will take affect over the next two years. Sorry washingtonians but I'm outta here in Aug anyway, have fun with Gregoire's BS.

There aren't any gains to be had from getting a straight-thru muffler, where a good part of amplified sound comes from.
Straight-thru muffler= less restrictions to exhaust gasses than usual mufflers = hp gains.
