Best first mod. The install is super easy, but at the same time helps you LEARN about a few different components of your car's intake system. Plus, the sound you get from the engine afterwards, and the HP gain...very nice.

3 alternate. You could tint your tails dark with some nightshades and retain some extra cash. I think that's pretty sexy. Apparently O'Rileys sometimes has NightShades.

Best thing is eBay intake and strut bar. Or try to find a header for ~$110. Or save it and get something better, or just save it.

Keep savin up whatever money you can get and do the resonator removal in the mean time. You'll need to do it anyways in order to install a CAI...(People say they hear a noticeble difference in sound, but I didn't hear anything different really.)...If you don't want an intake get some HID's from Jay-M. That's the next thing i'm getting, then probably some vent halo's now that DTN reminded me that strike eagle makes them.

 

all good and sound good but i have a guestion for you guys... if the aem one is the same as the ebay 40 dollar ones why is the price so different? just the aem name? also i really really want clear corners so... i forget who but he has like a ton of leds on his car and he has strobing blue clears.... he said he could do it for me for 40 so theres 80 spend..... and that gives me.... well ill call it 40 bucks cuzz ill probley add some to get something else..... anyone got clear corners or tail light covers? please..... i know i can get the covers for 65 new but thats 15 more than ill have left over.... so anyone got any used for sale.??...?? thanks and what do you think about me doing what i just listed off here? thanks gian

but the one you posted is the worst. I have it.. it's junk. It looks cool. I'll replace it though.


Of those CAIs you posted, i'd probly go for the 1st or the 3rd They're AEM CAI clones. the 2nd one is a WAI Injen clone.

 

what would you suggest i do first the cai or the strut bar? i also have a new g ready muffler im waighting to get put on so i should get the cai first right? i kinda dont think i will have any back pressure after the new muffler thats why im waighting....
