I've got 6 years in july. I had actually thought about getting out but I love it too much to ever go back to a civilian job, I would prolly go postal on some slackass kid who doesn't care about his job. Yeah they have grounded most of the ones with center wing cracks here. All of ours have HIGH flying hours, the newest planes we have are 70 models and the oldest are 62's. I was just messin with ya about the Engineer hater thang. I would love to fly as engineer on 130's only though. Take it easy man, and don't stress too much.LOL later

don't stress out to much huh. Well my boss is trying to keep me from cross training. I swear i want to kill him. He's pushing me to go TDY to ramstine the 26-12 for some bull shit. I've already got a TDY scheduled for 7 Level School the 12 of March. So he wants me to CNX my flight physical on the 7th and 8th of march. so i can go tdy to germany next weekend. What a bunch of crap. They are supose to be they to help you with your career not screw you! God i'm so pissed right now. I'm not going to CNX my flight physical i had to pull strings to get it before i left for TX. This is only another reason to move on!

Definately do not cancel your flight physical. No matter what your supervisor says, it is your right to cross train. After all, they are trying to get rid of us. I just received notification that I was denied cross training into 3C0X1 (Programmer) on Monday. Now I am trying for another job, 1W0X1 (Weather). I just want to do something new. My time as a crew chief was fun when I was going on tdy's every weekend and deploying to places like Kenya. After 13 years though, I need a change. Stick it out Solo, when you get accepted it will be all fresh again.

your still in ISO right java? well I will not cnx my flight physical. I had to pull to many strings to get it. Well I'll put it to you like this, a week ago we had an IFE C-5. So i stayed late. No big deal. My boss tells me he wants me to go to crash recovery school is June at Stugart Germany. I told him sure i'll go but come 1 March I'm starting my paper work. Two weeks before that he called and asks if i can go to Ramstine the day before he wanted me to leave!! I told him NOPE can't do it. I have no one to watch my cats. He told me to put them in the kennel. This guy dosen't have a heart that is all there is to it. So i guess he started thinking when I told him i was gonna drop my package he was going to try to do everything in his power to keep me from doing so! He even asked if is was because of the CJR waiting list. I told him yeah you can call it that if you want. Since i got here i've been doing nothing but talking about cross training then it comes time he's tryting to give it to me in the ass with out any lube. I know i'm #29 on the CJR list. If I stuck it out I'd have it before i got out. But i'm not I'll have 2 CJR's when it's all said and done. But I have to say the funniest thing is, He wants me to go 26 Feb-12 March. I have to leave here 12 March to catch the plane to BWI. The times just don't match up. NO way i could even make it from Frankfort to Lajes by 1300 on the 12th. I can't miss 7 level school. If i do then i can't cross train and i'm out in 30 days. So I don't get what angle he's shooting from! Oh well I'm not going. I just got back from dental. GTG there. Now comes the PHA part. Should be easy. Well i need some sleep I have an ALS graduation to go to at 1800.
