Floaters are deposits of various size, shape, consistency, refractive index, and motility within the eye's vitreous humour, which is normally transparent. At a young age the vitreous is perfectly transparent but, during life, imperfections gradually develop. Holy sh*t majik, that is one of life's mysteries solved.
SE, my mate has a golden retriever... holy whipple sticks can that thing shed. It sheds more than any shed has ever shed before, that's for sure.
