I guess that is why most places around here drive the vehicle in themselves.

first time i saw that on vid lol sweet tongue.gif

at the lubeshop i used to work at, was told that happened once before there,

but just the time i worked there i almost got ran over so many times =/ either people who are really jerky with the gas/throttle or people who just oversteer ALOT, you move your hand abit to the right they litterly crank the wheel as hard as they can, almost end up in the pit too

you could stand on the side but its harder to bring the car in, especially if there bad drivers

they should have let mechanics drive that car. i saw this video too... wonder what kind of damage happens to the body after that. probably just a few unnecessary dings.

More than a few unnecessary dings. Figure it is going to have a crease down the side of the car from bumper to bumper, AND the floor of the car will also be creased where it bottomed out in the pit. You figure that the exhaust probably also got hit, along with the suspension on that side (car fell onto it) and any and all brake, fluid, wires that might run along that side of the car..

And the bumper and any supports behind it where it hit the end of the pit.

They also have to get the car OUT of the pit. That could be even more damage
