Recently I put in some 10 000K HID's into my tibby, only to find that the one headlight (driver side) does not like coming on all the time. And recently, it won't come on at all. But then, the next day it will work fine. WTF?!?
Anyone having these issues as well?

nos4atu,
Get in contact with my brother in Calgary. He is taking care of our business there in Alberta. I will PM you his number if you like. Where did you get your kit anyway?

Jay, picked up the kit from a Chinese company on Ebay, they have offered to replace the ballast at their cost if that is the problem. But, thanks, if you want to pm, you can, don't know when I'd be able to get down to Calgary though but I appreciate it!

I think I've figured it out.
Something is weak in the initial charge (probably the battery), and I don't think the HID's are getting the full voltage required for activation. I've found that through revving up the engine a little just after startup (not long, just 2-3 seconds) and the lights work fine. So I've got a voltage stabilizer coming for that, not to mention that the belts need to get tightened up AGAIN. (Second time in what, 2 months.) We'll see if that does the trick.
