I've had a reckless driving ticket before
What happened? I went to court, it was the first ticket I had gotten in that county. They gave me Defensive Drivers school on a Saturday. It's an 8-hour class, but when we got out, we got a little ticket thing that said most insurance places would give us a 10% discount for taking the Defensive Drivers course. Pretty cool, eh? Get a ticket and it leads to insurance discounts! I have to pay like $75 for the school, but DID NOT have to pay the $150 or so for the ticket.

Oh yeah, by the way... Yesterday I signed up for my 4th traffic school appearance. oops.gif

 

I got pulled over the other day for 62/45, and no operators license. I still think I'm going to jail. My grandfather said probably not since they didn't tow my car/take my permit. I have my doubts though.

 

Like they said it depends on where you live. If you get pulled over in Ohio going 30 over they suspend your license.

Hmmm Here's a question was the cop car parked when it radar'd you or was it moving towards you? Cause i know of people that have been driving with trucks behind them and argued that the truck was picked up an not them .... But anyway ... no sweat bud.. all good .. You'll get a fine .. just pay it ..

 

no, Jersey is worse.... according to the US census.. EVERY part of NJ is an urban area.. even down at my end where half the state is an empty state forest... somedays it almost seems impossible to do the speedlimit let alone speed.

 

wesleyan university is in CT. I live in CT where the cops tend to be the biggest a**es ever. Yeah I'm not worried anymore it was just that at that moment I was freaked out. It's all good I'll just be a lil goodie good in court and everything will be alright hopefully
