Jon I took up your advice and filed a dispute through paypal with this German ahole. If I get my money back man I will send some of it your way for giving me advice that I'm within my 180 day limit. I hope this works. So far so good. Any idea on how long I gotta wait until paypal settles the score?

Don't worry about! I believe I had to wait for him to respond, which took a full week. I'm not sure what question Paypal asks them, but I'm sure it's about confirmation on the shipment.

Well, apparently he shipped it after like nearly 2 months. It came to my house but the courier didn't contact me whatsoever and was returned to him. So I offered to pay for the shipping expense for re-sending it and I never received a response after that. He kept the seat heaters worth $116.00 and never heard from him again.



There are tons of neg. feedbacks for him with identical issues calling him out for never receiving their items and no response. Hundreds of them. Like Stocker mentioned always a perfect feedback score is really important. I thought I could take the risk.



I have his phone number. Address. You name it. Hell I could even drive over there and kick his ass Sea bass lol.

Good call Jon!!!!!!!!!!! So after I closed the ebay case prematurely, Jon told me about the 180-day paypal dispute option and I went ahead with it! Thought I had lost $116.00 for good. Thanks to Jon, I got a full refund well under one month's time from paypal.



My tip is keep it short and sweet. If it's complicated, provide all information and submit screenshots of emails and other convincing/supporting documents.



Here are the emails I sent him for shts and giggles.

I have not received my order. I would like either a refund for the value, or to re-send this package again.



Please contact immediately!
