Getting In Shape...
double agree. wink1.gif
crunches all the way.
a couple days ago i ran 5 miles up and down some pretty huge hills. the worst part was that i was sometimes running on the slope of the ditch, because there was no shoulder. my skinny ass lost 4 pounds just doing that.
its all about finding the extra drive to go the distance when you feel like you have to start walking. run like a mile if you have never run before, but jog the WHOLE TIME. no walking. it will hurt, but doing it two more times, and you WILL be able to tell the difference.

The thing is, if you are eating and drinking whatever, and not GAINING weight or getting flabbier, just some simple changes will make you LOSE weight. With all my knee, back, and foot issues, I know how hard it can be to start losing that weight. But when you do, even just a BIT of extra work, can do wonders.
2 Pounds this week.
