Thats what we have plans for FlyRyde to resemble. But we need your help. See how in the Saleen site, there are videos going on as you click on different links. We want FlyRyde to be similar.

For instance when you select the Exhaust System Catagory, it'll trigger a movie in part of the upper window, that will show actual video footage of say a race car with flames popping out the exhaust, or maybe a video of a nice layed out exhaust at SEMA or something. From there, the screen below the video window will be displaying the different catagories inside of Exhaust System cat. and they'll be stuff like:

Catback (with a sick model of a catback shown next to the word)

Axleback (with a model such as the HKS rear section exhaust for tibs)

Headers (with some bling ass Hotshot headers or some DCs)

Muffler (of course a nice muffler)

Etc......

Then after you click on Catback, you'll go into a list of Manufacturers with their Logo next to the name, so brands like GReddy, Apex-i, Tanabe, Injen, Etc...

All the while, a gangstor ass banner is playing vid clips of exhaust involved products on a loop. This will keep the site entertaining and interesting, even while you are just sitting googly eyed over the next part you are looking to buy.

SO what can you guys lend us? We need non copyrighted vids, or a source to get them. I know Tibbit had stuff like this a while back. I just need other input from you guys as well. Let me know how you like Saleen.com and how you think it'll be with FlyRyde done similar.

Also check out http://www.visionautodynamics.com for similar video, though there's are all like only some of ours will be, with still images made into short movies with Flash 7.

-- the front bumper wasn't even painted at the time. I had just got it from Veilside (after breaking my first bumper) and didn't even have time to paint it before heading down to NOPI in 2003. Not easy to tell though.

I think the site would look awesome with those effects. It will be a large site, but FlyRyde is going to become huge. Hopefully the Hyundai guys will help represent it locally.

I like the saleen site, very nice and classy. Even the little *beep* when you go over a car and the peaceful music in the background. badass...I can't wait to se FlyRyde done up like that.

For videos, why don't we just start making some. I think sema vids would be good to (cuz you can use those right?).
