I used to take a lot of crap.

Prolab Creatine
NO-Xplod
Cyto-Gainer
Muscle Milk
IDS Multi Pro
Multi Vitams
Gakic
Pinnacle NOX2

I liked my results but it never got me where I really wanted to be...I cycled Gakic and NO-Xplod and hated how my body was when I wasn't on it so I quit taking everything except the cytogainer or sometimes trumass for the after workout shake...Now I try to get everything I need from what I eat.

I hated NO-Xplod and Prolab because of the water weight that I immediately lost after stopping and the fact that creatine made me itch like a sum b****! Gakic was nice but to expensive.

If you just eat right and workout good you'll get where you want to. The diet is the hardest part and I'm finally doing it and I can tell its definetly working. Gaining weight is so hard because for me I'd need to take in like 2700 Good Calories which I just can't do. So now I'm just leanin up and getting ripped....I still work out hard though to maintain my size..Just ripped mass smile.gif

oh yeah I also drink Redline for energy and it works wonders with no worries about overloading on b vitamins and creatine.

This A-bomb and T-bomb stack is crazy, when I work out I dont get fatigued. I'm really liking it so far. Can't wait to see how results will be in the next month or so.
