when i go to the dealership for my filter, either this SAME guy comes over and tells me that he likes it and he's never seen one like it around here, then proceeds to try and sell me a new genesis (believe me if i had the money i would, that thing is sex on wheels), or the lady at the service desk sees me coming in and goes and gets the filter for me. could do without the guy telling me that my cars nice but i should buy a new one lol.

 

I knew about both recalls before I took it in, and I knew they were going to replace the manifold, and I even told them that beforehand, but I was pretty sure I had an understanding with them that they would confirm the crack now and then replace the manifold at a later, scheduled, date. Just irritating.

 

Last year i wanted to get my ex mani fixed too, but i had my NA set up on there (airram,btbb,i/h/e/, pulleys etc..) so i swapped my stock ex mani back on and brought it there. The guy at the counter told me that all the aftermarket parts voided the recall LOL, i just laughed at him. Apparently it was his first few days there
