I'm not normally one to say this, but that was WAY out of line. They clearly shot him WHILE they were tazing him. It's unfortunate that the resolution is super low, I'd like to see what was actually going on back there before they shot him. I heard the "Drop the gun" but seriously, control your damn firearm. IF (and that is a very big "if") he was able to get the gun away, why was he not attending to that as the owner of that weapon? That officer is just as much to blame IF that was the case. But really, it did not appear to be the case. I think that was a "you will be on camera so say this" type of scenario/training.
