TibbyMat got it. You had to kinda realize going in that this was between 2 and 3. They tied together how Vin Diesel was in Tokyo Drift with Han in the beginning. Then remember when the heat caught up and they were leaving town at the beginning and Han said, "I hear theyre doing some crazy shit in Tokyo"

Memorable lines? There were some. Like When Paul Walker said now you owe me a ten second car. Overall I thought they did a good job linking everything together but if you hadnt seen others there were parts that would leave you wondering what was going on.

^and that's awesome how they did weave everything together. especially with vin's cameo. \

tibbymat, i don't know how tokyo drift was even good though. i nearly walked out of the theater during the opening scene, and going from the awesomeness of Vin Diesel > some kid from alabama just don't cut it. i mean apart from showing a bit of tokyo (which it should have shown more of in the city), it gave us tuners, the tuning scene, drifting a bad name. i think we could do real well without it.

Ericy i'm thinking of English literature! what ever happened to the genius of the lines? think in terms of what being "Sold Down the River" means from Pudd'n'head Wilson. Henry's soliloquy before the battle of Canterbury, Shakespeare's Tempest epilogue, Romeo + Juliet quotes, Titanic for the hell of it even has memorable quotes. In F&F not every line is genius, there's just not enough thought going into it. Ok, so it's not a sinking ship, it's a crime movie, but ok why couldn't this be the Scarface of cars. Mad Max instant classic anyone?

If i asked you to recognize any one of these quotes, you would know what movie it's from without a single thought: "West Indian Lilac" "Remind me to thank John for a lovely weekend. " "You think they'll have that on the tour? " "clever girl" "What've they got in there, King Kong? " unh-unh-uh, you didn't say the magic word. "

compared to F&F quotes, you really cannot recognize the lines, and they're not classic at all: "He was when he was rollin' with me. " "You know that famous painting? The one with the woman smiling all the time? " "You can't bet your dad's car. " "We have a twenty mile hike. Humor me. " "Look who it is! Old Coyotes 'R' Us!"

i know it's not good to reason this way, but i think there's a lack of quality and american movies have lost that special literary quality to them. now it's just cursing and camera shaking. just a little explanation for my reasoning here.

You owe me a 10 second car.

Naaaaaaaaawz.

I live my life 1/4 mile at a time.

We're looking for people who drive their 10 second cars, not just in a straight line, but take them places noone else would go.

You're a lucky man
how's that?
You're still breathing.

I just noticed that Vin diesel said all of those quotes.. Vin is the man. When Vin Diesel jumps into the ocean, the does not get wet, the ocean gets Vin.

Good movie....

I give the story line 4 out of 10.
IT was basically the second 1 but changed a bit. Runnin drugs for important people,

I give the acting 7 out of 10.
Like DTN said there were lines ive herd before. But it fast and furious you gotta like it.

Action 10 out of 10
Cars, Girls, Driving, Explosions. Yh that will do.

F&F (4) was actually between 1 and 2. Not 2 & 3.

He lost his job as a cop, but was recruited to the FBI, after he hung out with tyrese and ludacris in the second movie.
