Did you remark how the car in the pics looked like a Tiburon ? In less than a month, we'll see this "mod" for a Lanos, I'm sure of it. It's the same thing as the flip trunk kit.

Ok, i just read my post again.. and it can come the wrong way... i meant that it is funny because i believe Visionz and everyone that says it is impossible.. im not saying its funny because they have been proven wrong... i dont believe this for a second, it is about as good as that new nitrous kit on ebay LOL

I think I saw a Red Green episode where he modified a car for this style of door on the cheap. Involved a garage door opener, as well as the usual complement of duct tape etc.

 

You can do anything with duct tape.... a lot of duct tape... smile.gif

 

Damn...that's pretty freaking funny. I emailed the seller and wanted to see what kind of information he would give about it. I explained how this procedure isn't exactly something that can be done on a tib without either cutting up the car and making it look like a vegetable on wheels, or without a Bill Gates fortune.

It just really cracks me up when people say:
