The Car Show



not a bad show ! needs work though imo. at least its not a rip of of Top Gear or Fifth Gear.

 

Ive been seeing previews for it on tv and keep telling myself to check it out. I didnt even know Adam Carolla was a car guy.

 

Uhh, you don't think racing an airplane isn't a ripoff of one of Top Gears episodes?





I found it very slow and boring. A few funny parts. But I'll keep watching to see if it picks up.

 

yea adam really isnt a car guy. he made a joke about Matt Farah's (other host) weight, and said unsprung weight, to which he was quickly corrected by Matt and said thats sprung weight ! lol. so i dont think he really is a "car guy" but i dont think his checkbook knows that. hahaha





Jon, i mean segment structure wise, and video editing. sure some of the stuff has been done before. but sh*t, TG has done it all man. Im sure they will go on cross country roadtrips and stuff, but you cant say thats biting TG unless they make it look and feel like TG.



im glad that stupid black vignette around the edges of the screen is not there during their video edits ! i hated that sh*t about TG. lame !

 

I don't have Speed, so I'll have to check it out elsewhere. I read that Streetfire.net was going to host the episodes online.
