My mom has a 95 accent gl. So far the only problem with it is the manual window broke once and a friend of mine and I fixed that in an hour. I say go for it as long as shes willing to learn to frive stick; if not, then dont bother, Im sure you can find an auto for same price somewhere.

Yeah... I bet the Accent tranny has horrifically short gearing. Probably tops out @ 100 or so. You wouldn't want that in the Tib, would wear down the engine fast most likely.

If you want a 4 door, get a 95-99 4 door Civic/Accord. Can find them as cheap as the Accent, and they run forever. There is bound to be tons of them around you too.

I would get one cause it's gonna have cheaper insurance and will save you on gas...especially with gas prices as high as they are.

yeah. i have though about all that.


But I want to see a honda accord for under a grand, where i am they go for 3000 and way up.. honda go for a lot cause they get stupid kids to pay the prices for them
