Buyer's Reference/feedback Thread.
Thats pretty much the way its been done on the paintball sites I frequent.
Alot of people usualy end up with links in their sigs to their feedback threads. so it makes it pretty easy for somebody viewing a post with an item for trade sale to get to the thread.
I like the system personaly.
one of the issues folks were having on the paintball sites were people posting fake feedback for them selves under other names. Here tho i doubt that would be possible, and id honestly love to see sombody try.

I've been thinkiing about something similar for some time, only having a separate subforum of the Classifieds for FEEDBACK. each user gets a thread in there, and you post your feedback in their thread.
What do you guys think?

I think it’s a wonderful Idea.
There should also be a way to contest false or misleading Feedback.
Any feedback should also have to cite the thread in Classifieds forum that the item was sold. That should help eliminate false negative feedback.
I have no suggestion on how to stop false positive feedback, (Anyone can pretend to sell something to themselves under a deferent name) But the cite reference would require them to create a new ID here and in turn make it harder to post false positive feedback also.
