Ok fellas its time to start the internet campaigns..
BREVARD MOTORSPORTS' ANNUAL CAR SHOW

How Much?
20 to Show
4 to Spectate
(All Proceeds goto the Charity, and are Tax Deductible)

The Charity?
Cancer Care Foundation of Brevard
A diagnosis of cancer changes lives forever and in many ways. Not only are those diagnosed affected, but also those who care for them. The body experiences changes that impact the mind and spirit. Roles change in the family and workplace and one's place in the world may never be the same. Many times these changes lead to financial stresses at a time when all one's energy should be focused on healing and coping. It is the vision of the Foundation to ease the burdens and strengthen the mind/body/spirit during this time of change for both the cancer survivors and those who care for them.

· BMS keeps nothing
· Last year raised $5,500!
· Everything is Tax-Deducible
Whats going on?
· Car Competion (judged by make)
· Dyno Competition
· Prize Giveaways
· Live Music
· R/C Car Drift Sessions on competition Level track (car show people get to drive them for free)
· Vendors Area
· Media Coverage
· Awesome chance to see different cars/people
· Avoid the Summer Sun!
What we want to encourage.
* Make the show a Mini-meet for your club. examples. Team Del Sol meet, Kia Club meet, Scion Meet. We gotta concentrate that effort on some of the "fringe" groups like that. gives them a way to call the CFC events their own. if they come together we'll let them park together etc.. have their banners up etc..
* we need to talk with the heads of the forums and clubs to make that happen as well as the general populace of the forums.
* remind them about how huge it was last year, how everyone had a great time, and it was for a great cause.
ok people lets do this.. please post in this thread any more information or questions.. and also please post which forums you have hit..

goto each of them.. even if someone already has done it.. generate some traffic on their forums and mailing lists.. WE WANT PEOPLE TO ATTEND! Don't be shy.. act important in the emails.. if they want something like shared parking.. special circumstances.. use your best judgement and ASK US! dont be shy of the higher end groups like Ferrari's etc.. they were totally ready to help last year but their own event was the same day!

Thats sounds like a good idea. We should all get together on that date since it's early enough for everyone to make plans. Hopefully we could everyone to go. Lets see if we could convince java, hyundaicraz, and everyone else in the club to go. Send me an IM on yahoo Boricua_tiburon, anyone in the club could IM me.
