well i found a solution to your problem mang

my mom has a tundra....her boyfriend has a 2 car flat dolly

now here are the terms of borrowing the truck

we gotta change her oil before and after we get back(she changes it after 2500 it would be close)
we gotta buy her dinner
we gotta leave it with a full tank
lmao.gif

up to you mang

Dude, if you are serious, I'm ALL UP ONS. Could we go the weekend of the 20th?

It's just over 600 miles there, and same back obviously, but I'm up for changing the oil on it like that.

I'm ALL UP ONS!

I bought a car in SC and im in NY. I origanally got a quote for some shipping company that it was going to be 750 bucks. So i went with it, they took 300 from me up front. and i was going to pay the rest when the car was here. Never happened, they gave me the run around for weeks. So i then cancelled, flew down there and drove it back with a penske truck. From what i learned there are carriers and brokers. DO NOT GO THROUGH A BROKER. MAKE SURE THE COMPANY IS GOING TO PICK UP AND DELIVER THE CAR.

don't plan on changin the oil on the Tundra yourself. haha...

there's a skid plate under there, and if i'm not mistaken it must be removed to get to the oil filter... and it would be a b1tch to take off while on your back. i hated doin it when i had vehicles on hoists.

but seems like you guys have a plan fing02.gif

Faith, we can go after that. Drive out there, load it up on Sunday, drive back.

I'll see if we can stay with his parents.

Can you make sure this is GOING to happen before I contact AJ?

Need the year and such for her truck to pickup some filters and oil.

doode i work for a dealership...i get oil changes for like 17 bux with tax oil filters are like 2 bux each or so

you can actually remove the filter without taking off that skidplate just reach in and let it drain lol thats what i do when i change her oil for her cool.gif

mang remember that it takes like 50 bux to fill the tank (more or less) and it should be about 2 and a half tanks to get there so it should be like 300 total for us to go (with food and shit) plus a weighed down truck isnt exactly gonna be fuel efficient lol

the only thing right now that might be a problem is the trailer is my moms boyfriends so i would have to ask him shes cool with borrowing the truck though

Not a dolly, a full towing flatbed trailer.

Faith, can you ask your mom to ask her boyfriend about it? The rates for getting one of those car carriers is frigging silly, and they will only do it for 4 days.
