I'm using Bearshare Lite, and never had any issues. I'm sure it will only be a matter of time though before they get shut down too. One of these days I'm gonna have to jump on the Bit Torrent wagon and see how well it really is.

I find bit torrents hit or miss, but torrentspy for searchin for content is pretty good, and to physically download it from other users bitlord's program is okay. I still use Limewire for my music downloads....2800 and counting.

use soulseek mang. it's free, no ads, simple and you get everything you need. kazaa sucks like napster. you shouldn't have to pay if you just want to listen to one song that you heard on the radio.

music is being torn apart. people no longer like whole bands, they just like songs. they never stop and thing it might be because the music sucks and the bands suck and sold out?

Paying for one song is just stupid. I have a program too but I paid $20 for a whole year and I can download whatever I want. That makes more sense then paying a dollar for a song I just heard on the radio.

I second soulseek. Never get viruses, 99% of the time can find whatever you want(best way to find many lesser known acts), no adds, and you can talk to people about music you sahre an interest in to discover new stuff.

You thieving bastards!! Downloading music is just like stealing! drillsergeant.gif

When I decide to commit internet theft, I use & recommend Morpheus... It's pretty old but I never have any issues with it. It's pretty easy to use & it's free too cool.gif

XM radio, new music all the time, no CD's, no nothing.

Heh.

Oh, and Pandora at home.
