Fits right between C Class and CLS, the only known powertrain at the moment is a turbocharged four cylinder producing 211 BHP and 258 ft-lbs through a 7-speed DCT and the company's lightest 4Matic design yet (Weighs about 150 lbs by itself). The new 4Matic design was stated as being designed for their new FWD models, unknown is the amount of front bias this system will have in the CLA. Billed aa a four-door coupe and dramatic styling, they are hoping to attract younger buyers.

4 door coupe?? Whatever Mercedes. Never been a fan, probably never will.

Im thinking its a 4 door COUPE because they will make a 2 door model, just a thought tho. Mercedes have been known to call Sedans Coupes for some odd reason.



Is this supposed to be Mercedes competator for the BMW 1 series? because a I4T isnt gonna compete with a I6T

BMW 1-series coupe 2.0T is 218HP (but has the I6T at 320HP)

They have already announced an AMG version is in the works. Betting either M276 V6 (Stock 306 BHP / 273 ft-lbs) or M152 V8 (Stock 415 BHP / 390 ft-lbs).

 

If it's not an E63, I don't care.

 

I think it looks awkward and kinda dumpy. I'm struggling to see the point of this car... all the pricetag of a CLS with all of the looks of an sad C class.
