That's just stupid! They don't understand criminal will not bring their guns in to get them chipped, turn in if they are band, or only carry 10 rounds in a magazine!

Because you cant disable or completely remove GPS tracking devices.....
But you can't! That's illegal. It like we need to make laws preventing people from shooting other people, that's the root cause of the problem. If we eliminate that then the problem will be resolved.
