I plan to buy a zex nitrous kit at shark racing.

Can I set nitrous kit without other kit?

Does it need other things?

No, you do not need anything else to install nitrous. If you want to set the shot at 75 HP though, you should probably get upgraded fuel pump. Also, make sure that you have someone local that can refill the gas for you.

Its to expensive to mail nitrous,... plus i dont know of anyone that does it

Bottle is f-ing heavy
plus you also have to pay a hazmat charge

If you cant find a place to fill the bottle,... get a turbo

check out Holley performance,... they have listings or you can call them

 

i think NOPI mails it out, but i dont know anyone around here (iowa) that has No2 and im always at the 1/4 mile races in CR. i was planing on going with no2 bc it looks alot easier to set up

Call NOS,... tell them where you live and that you have no clue where to fill up your bottle

They will help
if not,... they can direct you to a place that can
its worth a try, and it beats waiting 4-6 weeks for a friekin bottle

Your only other option is to move to los angeles,... i can take you to my place

 

I can get you a kit but its gonna be expensive.
Only because it was a PITA to import it.

Multiple regulations on the bottle and valve... along with getting the nitrous. Would you believe that we had to have EVERY bottle and valve documented in terms of design, material specs and testing documentation. Along with having to repaint the bottles.

Also getting a source for nitrous was a PITA.

Korea is not a nitrous friendly enviroment.... it still may not be legal.

All you really need is the zex box and lines,...

You can probably get a huge cheap looking bottle from a hospita---no not there,... try someone who does welding

or just someone that uses gas (not that kind)
