Running nitrous into the TB can cause problems because of the little inherent things that a turbo does, it could cause more problems than its worth. Running nitrous along with the turbo can also cause a lot of shock to the engine and the drivetrain. I'm sure most drag cars run into the TB for the better power it creates.
Running it into the intercooler creates the same effect, it densifies the surrounding air by cooling it a little, and gets more oxygen in the system. It pushes the intercooler to 100% efficiency, or even slightly higher. The gains aren't as great as shooting into the TB (Most kits running into the intercooler, such as NX, make around 50whp more with a 75 shot, instead of a straight up 75).
For a street car, where a turbo already creates hassle, its probably best to go the safer route.
