Thanks for helping me find some stuff AWS wasn't picking up. Anyways NOS is not the abbreviation for Nitrous Oxide. N2O is the correct abbreviation last I checked.

I sold my kit to OP, he should be getting it installed pretty soon.

I've Seen a couple Tibbies with direct port n2o.. They had no trouble. It's more work to install but results are better.

There is a diference on the amount you spray to hp ratio in both senerio's though .. I think .. Hamhead will answear anything else .. I consider him and dweet nitrous pro's..

if your running a dry shot DON"T go over a 50 shot. you can safely and efficiently run a 75 shot wet and direct port upto 100.

Dry, while cheaper, is harder to run nitrous with because it doesn't add as fuel as exact as Wet. Stock fuel system, stock Tib, 50 shot is the most I would go. Its the more dangerous of the three if something goes wrong.

Wet is the middle ground that most people go with. It adds fuel along with the nitrous more thoroughly than Dry. A wet kit is really easy to install and produces great results for the money. 75 shot, possibly with a fuel pump upgrade.

Direct port is a more involved installation. However, since the nitrous is being distributed more evenly, you can safely run a much higher shot. I still wouldn't go over 75 on a stock Tib as the shock to the drivetrain of a sudden added 75HP can be rather brutal.

If you want to run 100+, a progressive setup and lower comp forged pistons and miscellaneous other internals are neccesary. Might even have to look into axles if you start putting major power through nitrous.

Running nitrous into the TB when running a turbo really isn't a good idea... if you want to use nitrous with a turbo its better to shoot it into the intercooler.

not quite following you here Hammy... while I do not follow No2 users that much... why shoot it into the intercooler? You are not talking like those CRy02 kits are you?
