Default Push button switches

Most n20 kits come with just a toggle switch that you arm and then the nitrous hits when you're at full throttle. I want to install a push button switch (no F&F quotes please) as a 2nd layer of protection.

Step 1: arm toggle switch

Step 2: press down on throttle all the way

Step 3: hit the button to spray the n2o when ready

Does the button have to be wired to the TPS or is there some other way to do it?

It's called a momentary switch. You install it inline and after the toggle switch. However, there's really no need for the toggle switch then. Just run power through the momentary switch to the relay.

You can run it before it you would like the ability to turn the momentary switch off, just incase you cant bump it for some reason that you wouldnt want to accidentally bump the switch!

If it's in series (2 switches on the same wire) it doesn't matter before/after - either or both will interrupt the signal.
