I got 4 of the same (2 sets of 2 halves), not sure if they were large or small, but they were only about 1in in diameter, about 3/8in thick. I'd ask him, it sounds like you got something wrong...

Been awhile since I installed these bushing! My original post I had mention I had got 2 different size sets of bushing(KJB sent me GK's instead of RD's). At the time I was working in a tool shop and I just made a copy of the one set out of some delrin that was laying around. I installed both sets of shifter bushing at the same time I'd also installed the aluminum shifter base bushing's and of course a shorty shifter that dropped the shifter by 2". With everything changed over I swear it was like having a brand new tranny, every shift from 1st to 5th was just so sweet. And I also swapped out the clutch and flywheel to a stage 3 racing kit, I'd say it's worth whatever amount of money you need to pay as this car responds like no other car I've ever had. You'll feel difference right away. I must agree. Between these, the shifter base bushings, a QUALITY short shifter, and new OEM bushings in the shifter block, you have a shift sensation that makes just about anyone jealous.

i have to agree...i got both shifter bushings and base bushings...as well as a couple months ago i replaced the spring as well as some of the stock bushings and i freaking loved it...what i will do next time i take my shifter surround off is put some more padding on the spring with some heat shrink tubing you can use for wiring...
