KJB, are you sure about the bending? You might wanna test a few pieces out first, as I was always told in my engineering classes that if you bent anything with Powdercoat on it, it would crack and flake off. Especially in areas where you have a double bend.

Hey,

We have bent some things that were powdercoated without it cracking, to a point of course. Although we never tried with the floormats, the small angle the floormats will be bent will not harm the powdercoat. Also, you cannot bend it with a sharp edge ( like the end of a metal workbench). You should use a nice radiused edge like a kitchen table. When we get the powdercoating system up and running, we will test it on the floormats before we make any sales just to be sure it wont crack and flake off.

Thanks,

Kevin

Nice. It wouldn't be an issue if they were shipped pre bent, but the ones you sell have to be bent when installed.

Thanks for the good customer service and feedback my man.

Hey,

Another solution to this would be for us to prebend them when we receive them. But also it would be harder to ship and possible more expensive because of the increase of box size.

Thanks,

Kevin

Probably the best way to do it my man KJB. If you didn't, the only way to really bend them right and in the correct place is to put them in place, then step on them nice and hard.
