i remember seeing your pic on cardomain i think. dang man... you still have it? yeah we were discussing it in depth, it's definitely not worth it unless you're chip foose or someone special. better yet a convertible would really be the way to go if you had serious work done to it like that.

pleeease post up some more pictures. was your tiburon a 2k red tiburon? --ah yeah that's it hahahah. i had my eyes shut when i typed that one. good memory at work.

hmmmm plans for the future... (it is a 2001 btw)

What I really want to do, and I at least hadn't seen it mentioned before, is I have seriously, considered ripping out the back see, reupholstering it, pounding it down closer to the gas take, then welding a stock bucket seat in sideways.

That's the way the original tiburon concept car was. Probably not DOT approved... but with a roll cage making the back seat less accesible, there is no way in hell I could ever get two car seats in there. It would just be for show.

Body work... I'd like a new front lip and bumper. I liked the veilside, but it's a little much. Most everything else, just is too simple or overdone on other ricemobiles. So probably would have something made up, and then some custom work done, a nice looking heat extractor in the hood and the shark gills on the fenders.

Need to get throttle bottle and IM bored.

I saw on sharkracing, they have a "center bar" that connects rear seatbelts? Is that to stiffen up the frame? I have two bars connecting across the back, but not there. Wonder if it do anything, same with the stabilizer bars, just out of the budget just to see if it helps anything.

Maybe some new cams...

and if I win the lottery or my wife becomes the vice president of say General Electric, I'd love to go turbo with light boost, and upgraded clutch.

But then again, I'd love just as much to get an old cougar, camaro, mustang, etc, restore it, and drive it as rarely as I do my tiburon.

What a money hole. I have another baby on the way with crappy health insurance... so nothing BIG for a good 6 months.

Oh, I also had another crazy idea.

Take out the driver's side bright light, and put my air filter and tubing right there. Ram air right from the front of the vehicle.

If I can cut my roof off, I can come up with crazier ones.
