He's got a harness installed.

 

^^^ If I remember correctly he has the back seats pulled and both straps are connected under where the seat used to be.

 

My harness's are mounted to the left and right mounting points on my seats (stock seat belt mounting points) and they are attached at the rear seat where my old rear seatbelt mointing points where (the center ones that the belt buckels into) You can do it this way or with a harness bar (however no one makes one for our cars). My belts came with specific instructions on how to mount them......However due to the angel thay are going down at they can be deadly in a accedent. Also just fair warning Harness's Are 50 state and Canada ILLEGAL. Yes I Have been stopped in Michigan And Toronto (at Importfest) And Also by border patrol....I did not receive and tickets because i still have my stock seat belts and I am able to use them.....Just a little warning / info.
