am I making this up, or are the F2 mirrors slightly different than US spec tibs mirrors?

I wonder why the F2Evo was only on sale in england? Korea and Germany also had their own special editions. Although we can only get tiburons here in a 1.6 or a 2.0, 1.8 would be nice.
