I own a 2002 Elantra GT 5 door and i am an active member of elantraxd.com. I'm looking for a cheap cast iron turbo exhaust manifold. I plan to bring up my whp to around 200. Internal wastegated turbo is ok for me since my hp goal is low and i dont plan on upgrading in the future. I know that Kspec sells one for around 350 wich is a pretty cheap. But i have also heard that (with slight modification) a manifold from a 91-94 turbo Eclipse from <span style="color:#FF0000">A1 Auto</span> or a newer DSM manifold from <span style="color:#FF0000">The Speed Factor</span> will work fine.

Just wanted to know if anyone had any other useful info

 

I suggest you find a hyundai specific turbo manifold.

DSM manifold will fit with modification, but the ports wont line up exactly.. this will severely f*** with the airflow.
Although the engines are similar, they are not identical.

Buy a hyundai specific turbo manifold... Keep searching in the for sale forum,... we have about 1-2 sell here a week.

 

Or look on Kspec.com , there are cast manifolds and others.
