Actually, if you want to know the size, it is online at xmradio.com. Just go to the store. I am currently using a mount that slides in the vent slats.

this is just an idea, and im sure it would need some tweaking, but, the center console. run whatever wiring or whatever under the consoled, up the behind the center pillar of the dash(would that be what its called?), and then to where ever they need to go. or, im sure if you look hard enough at home depot or something along the like, you could find some metal plate or something so that you could mount it down and to the left of the steering column. just some ideas, i'm not too knowledgeable on anything XM because i own too many cd's to put money into any sort of radio. hell, i dont even have an antenna on my car, lost it on the highway somewhere confused.gif

I have the XM Roady 2 in my car. My mom had it in her former Taurus as well, where she mounted it on the dash by her CD player. Now she has a Camaro so she isn't going to permanently mount it at all, and I won't for the same reason. First off, there is nowhere in the rd2 tib to mount it without reaching very far to get to it, or leaning over to see it (thus putting one's self in danger). For right now, it's on my air vent and I have no problem with it whatsoever. Until I find someone more convenient, it stays there. It's fine for myself and a passenger. I can see it, reach it, and enjoy it fine. It doesn't fall off either.

That is the answer I was afraid of/knew I was going to get. Thanks!
