would 2003 gen leather seats fit on 2 gen tib w/o major mod?

I'm not sure if they would fit or not, but i do know that they are WAY more comfortable than before

all have side airbags and i think they will fit but i dunno they semeed a lil wider

man 3gen seats look so sexy compare to plain 1 or 2gen leather.
so i really wanna get it if i dont have to go thru major modification.,.
