I haven't had any trouble getting anything off except the door panel, do you have to pull on that pretty hard?

its fairly simple to remove the power window switch, KayJai has described it right on it just takes a little effort, just work one end first, as soon as it releases hole it up to prevent it from clicking back into place then do just the same on the other ens of the switch.
