If I were to buy a touchscreen for my Tib how hard is it to program it? I mean Im guessing you need to program it to work right with you head unit or dvd player. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated

touch screens are for computers, it won't work with a dvd player because there is no way to "program" a screen, dvds use remotes and buttons.
however, if you had a computer w/a dvd player you could buy a touch screen and then use it for that purpose. in this situation a "touch" acts as a mouse click.

Ericy,
Look into Pioneer, Clarion, and even Kenwood head units. I have my pioneer head unit which is a touchscreen headunit and the headunit also has a DVD player. Very nice since it reads mp3s, mpeg files, and such, instead of just a regular cd player. Be ready to put up the money for it, but definatly look into it. Its also nice since i've also got my nav system, and cameras hooked up to it.

I used to have that one, it's pretty nice. Now though, you can makeyour own Car PC that will do WAY more for WAY cheaper.
