subs and weight

im think of putting a couple more subs in my car sometime the future, i want do know about how much more weight do 4 10 inch subs add. would it impact performance a lot? i like both audio and performance, which can be bad. also have u guy heard of edead. i hear its like dynamat, but MUCH cheaper. how much wieght do u think that stuff whould add.....

Any time you add more weight, it hurts performance. How much depends on the weight that is added. The 10's will probably add a few pounds but the box itself can be heavier than the speakers sometimes.

well i got a new amp this weekend and it can handle 4 of the types of subs i got now.....so i might capitalize one that soon.

Default when should I put new clutch?

Like others said, it depends on what kind of subs you are using. My 12" sub weighs 40 pounds. 8O laugh.gif Add in the box and it's more like 75. But I think it's worth the performance loss.
