when u buy tweeters they should come with a crossover so u dont play to low of sounds and blow it.

... usually a tweeter has a inductor on the side which passes low freqs and leaves the high freqs not a crossover network. The same effect can be obtained by hooking a tweeter and a woofer in paralell. Sometimes removing the inductor on the side of the tweet will make your sound system sound better.

Ive been lookin around for a set of 6 3/4 composite speakers for the front and i seem to keep stumbling on 6 1/2 with a bracket to adapt to 3/4. I know im just nit-picking but i want to stuff the largest speaker in there (without chomping at the door wink1.gif ). Any models or places i should look? Ive been searching on ebay (new not used) and on crutchfield.
