planning on adding door poppers in. i already know im going to get the autoloc 50lb. poppers, but what rated solenoid do you think i would need? 30lbs?
i wont be shaving the door handles yet, so it doesnt have to be 100% reliable. im thinking i would be fine with a 25lb. solenoid.

What are door poppers? Are they thing that pop up the door when you open the car with the remote? And if everything work fine then you could shave your doorhandels off?
Have you got a website of that?

yeah, that is why i would still have the handles. not that much show yet.
nightwish, door poppers are spring loaded shafts, with a seperate striker plate you mount on the door. with a complete kit, you would get one solenoid and one popper per door. what happens is, the solenoid unlatches the door with some kind of sudden power source(aux channel on your alarm), and the popper 'pops' the door out.
