I agree that we shoudlnt have to pay but there are more commercials today than music. So ill shell out the $15 a month to get commercial free radio. Only problem is sometimes thier DJ's do talk a bit to much. Other than that i love it and will never go back to FM.

And the quality is near cd. Compare that with FM: even when you're driving within a few miles of the radio station it still sounds crappy on a decent system.

I'm going to get the Sirius pc interface for use in my car.

Well, I only have XM, (and haven't listened to Sirius), but I like it. I have the Delphi MyFi XM2GO. Even though the "portability" WITH reception is limited unless you're outside and not not inbetween huge buildings (on inside). But it DOES come with a ton of accesories... home charging cradle, car cradle, car antenna, home antenna, portible antenna, clip, tape adapter, etc. Two really nice things with it: it has 5 hours of record time, so even if you're gonna be inside (without reception) for a long time, as long as you keep some recordings stored, you can browse through songs that you want to listen to them... AND TWO, it has a built in FM tuner, so you don't have to connect any wires if you want to listen to it over your home theater or car (but you can connect if you want)... even if you wanna listen to recorded music.

I found it on NEXTAG.com for $84 plus shipping.

(oh, and you get to listen to all of the channels (+4) online, which I do at work quite often)

I dunno. Heard that XM has better coverage though.

KEEP POSTING YOUR OPINIONS!

That's exactly what I heard and my wife ended up getting XM and we've had it for a year now and it has a pretty good selection of stations to listen to. I've never heard Sirus before so I can't make an honest comparision between the two

From what i have seen between the 2 they basically have the exact same stations some are renamed some are the same. The only difference is the specialty stations like Nascar radio, sports, Maxim Radio, Playboy Radio, etc.....

Not a bad deal, but it doesn't come with the digital adapster for my stereo. That deal I found on ebay is pretty damned good. It will end out costing me $23 total, shipped, with rebates, to connect direct to my HU with control.
