I know I might get a whole pile of different opinions but here goes.
It is time to get rid of the stock speackers in the tibby. I have a couple of different brands I am looking at. I don't mind paying a bit more for better sound. Seeing as how I do not want to put a sub/box in my trunk.
Infinity, Rockford Fosgate, Kenwood.
the fronts are 5.25" and 6x9" in the rear, right?

I am in the process of planning my audio upgrades. I like infinity too.. here is a question though. In a componite system.. is it best to put your high and mid range in the front and the mid and low in the rear? I heard this somewhere sometime ago. I was thinking of getting some nice 5.25 mid in the stock door locations. the tweeters up in the factory optional location up on the dash, mid low in the rear 6x9 enclosure and a small sub in the trunk (as outlined in an earlier post) This sound feasable or was I told the wrong info?

in my opinion... Boston Pro Series... but they're a little expensive. Definitely worth the price from what I've heard

Ok, I guess I should also add that I have an Infinity Basslink Sub in the rear, mounted to my back seat.
