I found some at Pepboys, and it was like $7 a yard. The demensions on it are 36"X72"(1 yard X 2 yards). Also I was told that Wal-mart does have it, just not all their stores do :-\.

I'm going to try to get it built and put in this Friday, I'll try and have pics up then.

Next is... System, Airram, and Strut bars. Theres a whole lot more on the list, but that's what I'd like to get next.

It did a little bit, not by much though. The seat belts weigh around 4-7 pounds total, around 10-15 for the seats, and the deck weighs about 5 pounds.

I think it would be fine, since it doesn't reduce weight but by 15-17 pounds. But I've never had a problem with winters being bad in texas lol.

I don't think you will have problems with this also.
Your car will not be the way lighter.

BTW you can take off the back seat and put sandbag in the trunk in spare wheel wink1.gif

Am I wrong, or your tib is a rear wheel driven?! same as your beetle? nana.gif

If you put sand bags in the beetle for that, that's the buty of the tib.
FRONT WHEEL DRIVE!

Better for winters. only.

As for screwing our perfect 50:50 weight distrebution, just relocate your battery to the trunk.

Just curious Splinter, what did you use to keep that carpeting in place? Ive been thinking a lot of ditching my back seats and I was thinking of fiberglassing it and putting my whole system there.
