IT WORKS!!! oddly enough i went to start it this morning, in the cold and all the lights in and out of the car blinked on and off once and then it went dead. i had no idea what was going on so i waited a second or two and started the car again, and it worked but the clock was reset and so was the cd player. i borrowed a cd later on and thought to try it and it worked... no idea what happened but i guess its the bumps from the autobahn to berlin and dresden and frankfurt. thanks all! sounds great
