racing seats

I'd get the S-Lights....14lbs of pure sex and C/F strength. 'course...it's about $2.9k...and you prolly don't have the money to dish that ish out.
If you're going for competition seats, these Sparco seats are for you:

If you're going for boring street use (mostly for looks):

These are "somewhat" lighter than your stock ones...but they're not really true bucket seats (b/c most of them allow you to recline). If you choose anything from the competition seats, you can't go wrong at all. Those are specifically tested for true racing (circuit, road course, drag, etc).

Bride seats are "nice" but as redz said, they only fit tinny people lol. Not only in weight, but in size also. Any seat can be fitted in any car so there is no aftermarket seats that is made for a car. What is car specific is the mounting brackets but if there are none for your car, you get them custom made for you at a local shop.

Wtf, only one seat doesn't make it ricey. It's a lot more ricey to put 2 seats because you want it to look good...I don't see why I should buy a 5-700$ seat that i will never use....just to look better. Unless money is not problem...I would rather spent that money on the engine/brake/suspension, where it counts rather than on something useless to me. Not mentioning that not all passenger will appreciate it.

True dat mo fo!! I agree fully. They aren't the most comfortable seat for the passengers. But, it does look funny with mismatching seats.
Not to mention the fact that your passenger will have to use the "oh sh!t" handles a little bit more.

It's always fun when I take a passenger for a few laps...I remain confortable, in a stable position while the passenger is hanging on anything he can put his hands on LOL... The harness/seat combo is very supportive.

whats your guys' thoughts on momo seats? i think that what comes in wrx's. just wondering. and i would much rather spend 500 dollars on other performance parts than a pass side seat, but ill probably eventually do that also. im looking at getting about 450 for my sound system so now i have to decided what to get with that, seats or ebitech prokit... 02.gif.
