Well, first, fill out your location in your profile so we know where you are from.
Next, I'd tint the SHIT out of your tib. Tint will reduce a lot of the sun's harmful effects, and usually comes with a lifetime warranty.
Then, use some good protectant for your interior, something that protects against UV. There are plenty of vinyl/leather/plastic protectants that do this.
lastly, if you are completely gay, you can put a dash mat on there.

I use the Meguairs (sp?) NXT Interior Protectant once a year. THATS IT. I usually just wipe it down with a damp chamois to get all the dust off, and if it looks like it needs another wipe down with the protectant, then I will. But I hate having that glare off the dash, and good luck trying to stick anything to it. Not that you should really stick anything to it, but I have a nifty little air freshener dispenser, everyone thinks its a radar detector or something. Anyway, it wouldn't have stuck to the dash if I had of used the protectant.
