A piller gauge pod manufacture
I emailed gaugepods.com about having A- piller gauge pods developed for my Tiburon. This is what they wrote:
The first step s to get us an OEM pillar for evaluation. Then, if it looks
like we can form the pillar on our machines, we will build a mockup pillar
from the OEM pillar for you to test-fit for proper angle and position of
the pods. After the mockup is aproved, you send it back along with 20
prepaid orders. We will then fabricate the mold and manufacture the
pillar.

So here it is guys. I need nineteen more people who could use this to email me or post responces to this. He didn't state a price but I wouldn't think it would be more than $40 USD each. HondaEater

Just buy a guage pod set that fits a 93-95 civic a-pillar. Bat Lord, myself, and Jetedawg already have done it. Beats having to send out your pillar, and you can get the pods cheaper. I have a dual gauge pod from autometer, and it was only $25.

The Supra Owner's group got some of these made for the 1987-1992 Supras. They do look better than the generic ones, because they replace the whole a-pillar trim.
We had some fitment issues, though. They use a more rigid plastic than the OEM pillars, and we found that some prudent application of a heat gun was required to get a good fit at the bottom of the pillar where it meets the dashboard. Other than that, it's really good. The dual guage pods angle very well, and are easy to see from the driver's position.
In addidion, there were some slight colour problems with some of the interiors. They did fix them, though.
All in all, I thought they looked better than the ones that strap over the a pillar. I don't think I'd pay more than the $40 for it, though.
Just an opinion from someone that's seen their work.

I also got the dual pod for the 93-95 civic and it works great. To get it to fit you need to do alittle sanding but I went 1 step further and took a heat gun to it and molded it perfect. But it will work, so just buy that one although a full replacement a pillar would look nice.
